Making A Purchase

Ordering from the Cake Gallery Direct could not be easier. Just follow these 6 simple steps.

1. Browse the Product Listings by clicking on the relevant Product Groups and scrolling through the products.

2. Select the Products you require by clicking "Add to Basket". For Quantity, Colour or Style Options click on the product to make your selection..

3. When you have finished ordering click "checkout",check the order form and complete your address and payment details.

4. Please note our minimum order is £10.00 excluding delivery charge.

5. Payment may be made by Credit or Debit Card ( Mastercard,Visa,Solo,Electron)

6. Once you are satisfied that all your details are correct , click "Confirm the Order"


Your order wll be delivered to the designated address within 5 Days (UK Mainland)

Shipping And Handling

A Delivery Charge of £6.00 per order is applied to all orders for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to Ireland and Continental Europe please contact us for details of delivery charges.

We cannot accept liability for failure to meet a stated delivery date nor can we be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: The Cake Gallery Direct is not responsible for costs incurred in returning goods.

Delivery Schedule

All orders will be despatched within 2 working days from receipt of order and delivery to UK Mainland addresses will be within 5 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All orders are priced inclusive of VAT at 20.0%, or the prevailing rate. The prices shown are inclusive of these charges.

Credit Card Security

Payments are made via the PayPal secure payment portal, you do not require a PayPal account to complete checkout.  To use an alternative payment method, simply select ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ on the payment screen.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products simply return them within 30 days of receipt and as long as we receive the goods back undamaged we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate However, any orders requiring cutting to your specification (i.e. ribbons, frills, etc) cannot be cancelled or returned once cut. Also due to health and hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange or accept return of edible goods, opened or unopened goods will only be exchanged or refunded if returned undamaged within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number with any correspondence.

The Cake Gallery do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged, whichever you prefer. Please contact us and return the goods by mail to our correspondence address (as detailed above.) within 7 days of receipt. We will refund your postage costs and arrange the replacement / refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods. (Please note that in order for a refund of postage costs to be arranged, a postage receipt from the post office must be included with the goods.)
